What you'd do
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, client events, and internal company events
- Help manage event logistics, including registration processes, attendee communications, vendor coordination, and event timelines
- Support the development and maintenance of event calendars, project plans, and event checklists
- Help schedule and facilitate internal planning meetings with stakeholders to align on event content, messaging, and timelines
- Pack, ship, and track event materials, booth assets, and promotional items while coordinating with event organizers
- Support virtual and in-person event execution, including pre-event preparation, exhibitor documentation, and post-event follow-up activities
- Assist in developing promotional campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement
- Support event-related communications through email, social media, and other marketing channels
- Help create and schedule content promoting upcoming events and highlighting event outcomes
- Ensure event messaging aligns with CAI brand standards and marketing objectives
