We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data Science team. The Data Analyst is a key contributor to the product development of Sentia’s agentic behavioral health platform, utilizing a strong data-driven approach. This role involves seamlessly collaborating with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies and communicating the underlying data narrative to non-technical audiences.
What you'd do
- Data Visualization and Reporting
- Develop and refine data visualizations that clearly communicate outcomes, network performance, and user engagement trends to stakeholders.
- Create automated quality reports and network performance dashboards using Looker and other tools.
- Deeply understand and analyze user pathways, business outcomes, and the dynamics of our provider/partner network.
- Quantitative Analysis
- Conduct thorough quantitative analyses to support business strategies.
- Utilize your expertise in SQL and Python to manage business and provider data effectively.
- Strategic Insights
- Collaborate with business, finance, marketing and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights supporting product development and provider network operations.
- Navigate the intricacies of a multi-sided marketplace, understanding different stakeholder needs and market drivers.
