What you'd do
- Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA's strategic priorities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations
- Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness topics
- Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to gather input and perspectives through interviews, focus groups, or surveys
- Develop and deliver presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders
- Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives and organizational priorities
