What you'd do

  • Working closely across multiple subject areas, including Process Development, Facilities & Engineering, and Manufacturing to execute a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Execute problem solving, root cause analysis and data visualization
  • Leveraging standard Continuous Improvement principles to devise new solutions
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and protocols to increase throughput in the manufacturing process
  • Evaluate procedural improvement opportunities
  • Conduct production floor testing, including coordination amongst multiple teams and disciplinesProgram Eligibility Requirements
  • Expected completion of one year of study from an accredited college or university prior to the internship commencing
  • Expected continued enrollment in an accredited college or university following the internship program
  • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program
  • Must be available to work a part-time scheduleWhat We Expect of You

  • Degree concentration(s) in Engineering or Life Sciences
