What you'd do
- Support the team in securing payment timely from customers while learning best practices in credit and collections.
- Assist with daily worklist activities in our collection software, including recording notes and documenting important customer interactions.
- Learn to analyze customer financial information and understand how credit lines are established and reviewed.
- Gain exposure to AI-powered analytics and automation tools that support credit risk assessment, collections prioritization, forecasting, and workflow efficiencies.
- Utilize Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools to help create/monitor dashboards, analyze collection performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and digital transformation efforts focused on process optimization and data visualization.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management by consolidating and analyzing customer, credit, and collection data.
- Develop an understanding of how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and business intelligence platforms, are transforming the credit and finance function.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Related Field.
- Minimum second semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits
