As a Store Operations Industrial Engineering Intern at Lowe’s, you’ll work with the Store Labor Engineering team on projects that support workforce management, store productivity, and a simple and seamless customer experience. You’ll gain hands-on experience conducting in-store time studies, analyzing workload requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and developing engineered labor standards that help stores effectively manage labor costs while maintaining customer service standards.
This role is ideal for students who are passionate about using industrial engineering, data analysis, and process improvement to solve real-world retail challenges.
