What you'd do
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute voice of customer research projects
- Participate in qualitative and quantitative research to gather valuable customer insights
- Assist with data analysis and help turn research findings into actionable recommendations
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, market research, data analytics, economics, or other business related field required
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- High effective communicator (both written and verbal)
- Exhibits professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and innate curiosity required
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required
- Experience with analytics and statistical analyses (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) and survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) required
