What You’ll Experience
You’ll own a real project within one of WD’s specialized HR teams—such as Talent Acquisition, People Intelligence & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, and more.
What they want
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Ability to analyze information, interpret data, and draw meaningful insights
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new HR systems and tools
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage work in a dynamic environment
- Right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) now, or in the future.
- Available to work 40 hours/week for 12 consecutive weeks in Summer 2027
