Every day, tens of millions of people come to Roblox to explore, create, play, learn, and connect with friends in 3D immersive digital experiences– all created by our global community of developers and creators.
At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.
A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our and help bring influencer campaigns to life.
What you'd do
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns — supporting briefing, content review, posting coordination, and performance tracking
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverable trackers, flagging risks and keeping all parties aligned
- Partner with internal teams to draft creator briefs, talking points, and campaign recaps under the direction of senior team members
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, legal, social, events) to ensure influencer content is on-brand and delivered on schedule
- Pull and compile performance data from influencer platforms and internal dashboards to support weekly and campaign-level reporting
- Serve as an on-the-ground point of contact for influencers at live events — managing logistics, schedules, and real-time needs
- Help coordinate influencer travel, accommodations, and event-day itineraries in partnership with the events and operations teams
- Support event activations from pre-production through wrap, ensuring creator experience is smooth and on-brand
- Assist in capturing content moments and documentation at events for post-event recaps and learnings
- Act as a day-to-day contact for a defined roster of creators and their management teams, building trust and maintaining positive ongoing relationships
What they want
- 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, talent management, social media, or a closely related field
- A genuine understanding of the creator landscape — you follow creators, know the platforms, and can speak fluently about content trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Clear, professional communicator — comfortable drafting emails to creators and their reps, and working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same
- Detail-oriented and proactive — you spot what needs to happen next and take initiative to make it happen
- Familiar with influencer platforms, social media analytics tools, or creator CRM systems is a plus
