A course of study in mathematics, economics, a business-related discipline (such as finance, accounting, marketing, or management), or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with, or hands-on experience using, artificial intelligence (AI) tools to research, analyze, or improve the way work gets done
Support projects and analyses that advance the goals of one or more Client Solutions and Wealth Management (CSWM) areas
Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and inform recommendations
Prepare clear, well-structured deliverables such as summaries, presentations, and reports for team and leadership audiences
Collaborate across teams and build relationships while learning how the different areas of CSWM work together to serve customers and grow the business
Build an understanding of how the organization delivers financial solutions, supports distribution growth, enhances advisor capabilities, and drives transformational initiatives across the enterprise
