SUPPLY CHAIN
Rocket Lab’s Supply Chain team is responsible for the flow of all materials, products, and components throughout the business. With many of our own products functioning as critical components to our own and our customers’ missions, the Supply Chain team has a direct impact on the success of our rocket and satellite programs.
What you get
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule transportation and resolve shipping or delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize logistics operations.
- Train, and support logistics staff to meet performance goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and evaluate their performance.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and analyze logistics KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Develop and implement risk management and contingency plans for disruptions.
- High school diploma and 1+ years of experience.
