What you'd do
- Facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions to define project objectives and uncover AI use cases.
- Collaborating with clients to assess the feasibility of AI initiatives, guiding prioritization and alignment with strategic outcomes.
- Contributing to user stories, requirements analysis, testing plans, and documentation to support efficient collaboration between functional and technical teams.
- Supporting proof-of-concept efforts, data exploration, and solution viability testing to validate assumptions and refine approaches.
- Assisting in project planning, including effort estimation, resource coordination, and timeline tracking, while communicating updates and risks to stakeholders.
- Acting as a liaison to ensure clear translation of business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Enhancing internal methodologies and tools for AI delivery and client engagement.
- Delivering internal and client training on GenAI capabilities and use cases.
- Continuously expanding knowledge of the AI landscape, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
