What you'd do
- Maintain training records, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Support development of training simulator scenarios that reflect situations and events on the Energy Management System
- Video capture and edit training video content
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop training content and courses through the complete lifecycle of the ADDIE process - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Analysis, Evaluation
- Aide in program review and development following systematic approaches

- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Training & Development, Human Resource Development, or simila
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
