What you'd do
- Evaluate operations and identify improvement opportunities, utilizing data analysis and metrics.
- Review and analyze work cell layout, process flow, material flow, to establish standard work.
- Conduct labor and machine capacity analysis to identify improvements.
- Maintain and update time standards for established operations.
- Application of Manufacturing Standard work Cell Design
- Application of Lean principles Kaizen, 5S, SMED
- Power BI
What they want
- Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program at the time of the assignment. Eligible majors include Industrial and System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Data mining & manipulation experience with Excel, VBA, SQL, other methods.
- Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
