What you'd do
- Assist with benefit administration activities by reviewing transactions, researching discrepancies, and helping maintain accurate participant records across multiple systems.
- Perform weekly and monthly reporting, data validation, and operational tracking for retirement and benefits programs.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support retirement, health and welfare, and deferred compensation administration processes.
- Assist with payroll, trust, and funding reconciliation activities and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Document business processes and support special projects related to benefits operations, compliance, and participant experience.
What they want
- Current student, Sophomore or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
