We are looking for an experienced Network Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our Network & Clinical Quality team. This role would be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and launch of strategic initiatives across Network Operations, ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and within scope from planning through execution.
What you'd do
- Network Operations & Strategic Initiatives
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and execution of new initiatives and strategic projects related to Network Operations.
- Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, and launch requirements.
- Support initiatives from initial concept and planning through implementation, launch, and post-launch follow-up.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, and proactively escalate issues and recommend solutions.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, and other materials necessary to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate project meetings, establish agendas, document action items, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes, workflows, and operational procedures associated with strategic initiatives.
- Exercise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
