The Role:
Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Product associate Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration.

What you'd do
- Support product lifecycle management from concept through commercialization. Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Partner with engineering and commercial teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, and product performance analyses.
- Create stakeholder presentations and support cross-functional project execution.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated interest in product management, technology, manufacturing, or business strategy through coursework, projects, or internships
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
