The Mass Market Energy Efficiency team is looking for an intern to join our team.
What you'd do
- Work with our customer insights team to evaluate our program surveys
- Evaluate customer inquiry inboxes to derive insights and feedback
- Industry benchmarking, evaluating industry research, attending and reporting on webinars
- Work cross-functionally with project managers and customer care agents to update customer support materials based on research on insights
- Administrative duties as assigned – accruals, SF uploads, prescriptive rebate support
What they want
- Current student, Junior or higher
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, Sociology, or related studies
- Able to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week)/ part time during the school year (up to 20 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in-person, per our hybrid work policy.
