- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a target graduation of December 2027 or spring 2028.
- Coursework in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communications, Marketing, Entrepreneurial , Management Information Systems ( or similar), and/or the ability to apply knowledge in those areas to understanding the overall financial services business environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with , interpret, and synthesis large and complex data sets.
- Ability to start internship program on June 7, 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well developed analytical skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
