What you'd do
- Performing data analysis of test results of PWB electrical parameters using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Providing production floor support to address process and compliance issues from all levels.
- Working with Electrical Test Equipment (oscilloscopes and multi-meters)
- Utilizing Microsoft Office (VBA programming)
- Experience working with digital and electronic circuits
- Facilitating cross-functional teams for improvement activities (e.g. 6-sigma, lean manufacturing)
- Using Pareto analysis, cause/effect diagrams, process mapping, and/or other performance analysis tools
What they want
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or systems engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
- Experience with project execution
- Experience with Microsoft office tools

- Previous co-op or internship experience
- 3.0 cumulative GPA

- Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
- This position is for an ONSITE Co-Op who will work from January 2027 through June 2027
- Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role
- This position requires a security clearance.
- DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
