What you'd do
- Support consulting and product initiatives from problem definition through solution development and execution
- Help analyze operational and business challenges and translate them into clear problem statements, options, and recommendations
- Contribute to the development of digital solutions, including new product ideas, features, workflows, prototypes, and implementation approaches
- Conduct research and analysis to support client recommendations, product decisions, and project strategy
- Create polished presentations and reports that clearly communicate insights, solutions, recommendations, and project outcomes
- Work with technical, product, and business teams to translate complex requirements into practical and actionable solutions
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, and the preparation of high-quality deliverables
- Support project coordination where required, including organizing work, tracking key decisions and actions, and helping move initiatives from idea to delivery
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, internal working sessions, and solution development activities
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and contribute to delivering a high-quality final product
