Job Overview:
AV is looking for a highly talented Junior Missile Defense System Architecture Engineer to join our team! In this role you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Architecture Validation (MDA/CAV) team as an Architecture Assessment Engineer by developing and enhancing the QlikSense-based Capability Gap Tracker (CGT) tool.

What you'd do
- Provide direct support to the Architecture Validation Team within MDA's Chief Architect's Office
- Assist in the development and management of the QlikSense-based Capability Gap Tracker tool, to include reviewing, updating, and organizing gaps and threat
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations within the CGT to support reporting, analysis, and architecture decision-making
- Work closely with other MDA organizations to help them understand and leverage the CGT while gaining insight into elements that make up the missile defense system
- Engage with cross-functional teams and Capability Gap Tracker users to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven solutions that improve decision support capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) field
- 3+ years of experience supporting missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs/projects
- Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Experience working with and analyzing large data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
