What you'd do
- The intern will work with the Bank’s Regional Executives and Government Relations team on a range of projects related to stakeholder management including
- Network mapping of stakeholders across markets in the bank’s district
- Enter and perform quality checks of contact data within Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Support meetings of the Regional Executives by taking meeting notes for further analysis.
- Assist the Regional Executives in identifying, recruiting, and managing partners for the Business Outlook and Trends Survey (BOTS)
- Assist the Government Relations team in identifying and summarizing information for elected officials in the district.
- Perform analysis of legislation of interest to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland
What they want
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Should have at least one semester left to complete in school.
- Strong computer/technical skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Access (or familiarity with other data access tools).
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both in a group setting and on an individual basis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
