What you'd do
- Redact clear technical documentation, as well as to create and provide impactful, persuasive technical presentations to internal and external customers.
- Develop and sustain a healthy work relationship based on mutual trust with peers, internal and external customers where significant interaction is expected.
- Manage increase workload and changes in priorities by utilizing project management skills.
- Provide engineering support to maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) processes.
- Perform structural assessments for stress analysis, vibration, low cycle fatigue life and residual life (fracture mechanics) prediction.
- Participate as an active member in cross-discipline integrated product teams to provide design solutions that balance performance, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Develop and incorporate new ways to advance technology and improve processes as an individual and as a team contributor. Embrace a continuous improvement philosophy.

- Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in an applicable field of study: Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.
