The role will support our partners that use our drone delivery service. You’ll work closely with the Partner Success team to ensure partners have a smooth experience—from launch and day-to-day operations to performance reviews and ongoing improvements. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of operations, customer success, data, and technology. You’ll gain exposure to how a fast-growing drone delivery network operates while helping partners get the most value from the service.
What you'd do
- You must have completed the second year of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications or a related field. Masters are also eligible.
- On-Site in the Richardson Hub.
- Must be able to travel frequently throughout Dallas, Texas. Requires transportation (not company provided) and the ability to independently travel to operational sites, events, communities, and partner locations as needed.
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Able to pivot in planning and be adaptive to change.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Not afraid to get a little scrappy.
