As a Procurement and Global Supply Chain Intern, you will support supply chain operations across sourcing, purchasing, subcontract management, and supplier coordination. This role is suited for someone seeking hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and cost or lead-time optimization within a dynamic program environment. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What you'd do
- Assist with preparing and issuing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and sourcing documentation.
- Support supplier communication, including follow-up on lead times, order status, and delivery updates.
- Help maintain procurement records, data entry, and status tracking within internal systems.
- Conduct basic cost, pricing, or market research to support sourcing decisions.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and maintaining supplier scorecards, including quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Support compliance with internal procurement policies, contractual requirements, and regulatory standards, including FAR or DFARS, if applicable.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with contracts, finance, and program teams.
- Identify and recommend process-improvement opportunities within the supply chain workflow.
