What you'd do
- Manage front desk operations for the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, ensuring professional and responsive service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, parents/guardians, and visitors
- Answer phones, route calls, and respond to general inquiries
- Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination for office leadership

- The formal education equivalent of an associate degree, plus two (2) years of experience in program administration or related area.
