What you'd do
- Complete structured training alongside the Internal Sales Support team to build knowledge of Athene’s annuity products, the financial services industry, internal systems, and sales-support processes.
- Apply training by assisting financial professionals and taking inbound calls once prepared to perform the responsibilities of an Internal Sales Specialist.
- Respond to product and process questions and assist with requests for illustrations, marketing materials, website resources, and other sales-support needs.
- Participate in product presentations and other development opportunities designed to strengthen communication, presentation, and industry knowledge.
- Support individual or team projects based on business needs and provide ideas or recommendations that may improve Sales processes, resources, or the overall customer experience.
