Disney Central Operations Support Intern, Spring 2027

What you'd do

• Junior or Senior year preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Business, Communications, or related field
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
• Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027.
• Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) and have a consistent, reliable work schedule for the duration of the internship
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area

About Disney

The role supports the Facilities team at the Disney Central Reservation Center in Orlando, FL. The selected candidate will coordinate and execute strategies to keep the location show ready for Cast and leaders. Aid in the planning and execution of small to medium-scale projects as well as day-to-day responsibilities for maintaining the building and assisting other areas as needed.
