What you'd do
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team on the factory transformation initiative, focusing on modernizing workflows, integrating new technologies, and driving process improvements.
- Support efforts to optimize the MCX/MCX2 product line, a key component of our business, through data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Assist in the redesign of the production floor layout to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve safety and ergonomics.
- Provide ongoing support for cross-functional engineering projects, including documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews, gaining exposure to engineering decision-making and project management.
- Deliver a final presentation summarizing internship learnings, contributions, and outcomes to the leadership team.
