What you'd do
- Provide day-to-day support to Scientists and Specialists.
- Update internal knowledge base, documentation, and training resources.
- Generate reports and analyze support metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
- 0–2+ years of laboratory, research, internship, customer service, or technical support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, organize, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
