Payments Network Program Manager

What you'd do

• Lead large-scale prepaid programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop and execute program strategies that improve operational performance, client outcomes, and business value.
• Drive financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and investment optimization.
• Partner with product, technology, operations, compliance, finance, and commercial teams to deliver program objectives.
• Identify program risks, dependencies and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies and governance controls.
• Analyze complex business, operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making and program optimization.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and communicate program status to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, quality, and customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and third-party service providers.
• Lead, coach and mentor program team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, project management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant experience leading complex programs, portfolios or strategic initiatives within financial services, payments, or fintech environments.
• Strong expertise in program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and execution practices.
• Advanced financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks while balancing strategic priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
