Health Aide-School Services: Santa Cruz/Salinas

Job Summary

The Health & Behavioral Aide provides one-to-one support to students with disabilities in educational settings to promote their health, safety, independence, and successful participation in the school day.

Under the supervision of the School Services Manager, the aide implements individualized health, behavior, and educational support plans; assists with academic engagement, communication, behavior regulation, and activities of daily living as authorized; and collaborates with school personnel, families, and ESCC staff to support positive student outcomes. This is a part-time (30 hour) position that follows the hours of the school day and the assigned school district calendar.
