What you'd do

You’ll lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
You have an insanely high execution bar and will see projects through from conception to tactical completion to move Anduril forward.
Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.
Use your qualitative and quantitative skill set to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.
Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
You’ll communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organization, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.

What they want

Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.
