What they want
- 3–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or an HR Generalist role, with hands-on ownership of employee lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on HRIS administration experience, including employee records, workflow configuration, reporting, and data integrity; Rippling experience is ideal.
- Working knowledge of employment law, with particular depth in California requirements, including leave administration and wage and hour compliance.
- Experience partnering with Payroll and Finance on employee changes, payroll-impacting events, benefits, leaves, and related reconciliations.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and demonstrated ability to audit and reconcile HR data across systems, records, and trackers.
