The DRAM Customer Enablement team serves as a critical link between Micron's newest memory solutions and the systems that deploy them across cloud, AI, enterprise, client, mobile, and next-generation computing environments.

The group committed to DRAM Customer Enablement works closely with hardware, firmware, systems, validation, and analytics engineers to ensure successful deployment of new DRAM technologies.

What you'd do

  • Support bring-up, validation, characterization, and debugging of server, client, and mobile platforms using Micron DRAM technologies.
  • Analyze engineering and customer data to identify performance trends, reliability concerns, and system-level insights; create dashboards, visualizations, and technical reports to communicate findings.
  • Develop and enhance automation, testing, and reporting tools using Python and other software technologies.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code and similar AI-enabled solutions, to support software development, debugging, documentation, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional engineering teams to investigate memory reliability, fault management, customer issues, and next-generation DRAM features.Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated programming experience in Python, C/C++, or a similar programming language through coursework, projects, research, or internships.
  • Strong analytical, fixing, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through academic or technical project experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal formats.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows.Preferred Qualifications
