What you'd do

  • You will have hands-on opportunities to apply your engineering knowledge and contribute directly to our certification efforts.
  • You will work closely with experienced engineers and gain valuable insights into the aerospace industry’s regulatory landscape, working on tasks related to seat testing, documentation, preparing Technical Standard Order (TSO) packages, and supporting the certification team.
  • You will also learn about FAA regulations, the certification process, working as part of an integrated project team, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

What they want

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Prior experience in aerospace industry, particularly with aircraft interiors.
  • At least 60 credit hours complete by the time the co-op starts.
  • Experience in reviewing and approving technical drawings.
