Early Career Talent Partner - Trading

Execute the early career recruitment strategy for the Trading Department and influence future campus recruiting cycles, including undergraduate and graduate-student recruitment

Represent Belvedere at collegiate trading competitions, poker tournaments, and industry networking events using these events as a primary sourcing and brand-building channel for quant trading talent

Foster and maintain relationships with campus trading groups, investment clubs, and quant/finance student organizations, positioning Belvedere as a destination employer within those communities

Build and deepen pipelines with academic programs that feed directly into our industry (such as financial mathematics, financial engineering, quantitative/quant research, applied math, and statistics programs) including faculty, program-director relationships, and alumni groups
