Providing Level 1 IT support and utilize IT monitoring tools to ensure system stability and uptime across network, Android, and Linux environments.
Managing depot break/fix processes for store hardware—including PCs, scanners, and RF guns—by configuring replacement devices, tracking shipping logistics, and coordinating repairs with third-party service providers.
Contributing to a department process-improvement project by identifying repeatable functionality and designing an analytical dashboard or reporting tool to visualize key operational data.
