Position Summary:
We are looking for passionate and engaged Information Security Interns to join our team for the Summer of 2027! This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world security practices, tools, and techniques. Collaborate with seasoned professionals and make a real impact by contributing to strategic projects that are pivotal to our organization's success.
What you'd do
- Contribute to strategic security projects and tasks to gain practical experience in the security landscape
- Partner closely with seasoned professionals on assigned projects
- Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and deadlines
- Perform other security-related tasks as needed to support the team
- Pro-active vs. Re-active mindset to engage in Information Security developmental workshops and intern-led activities
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documents such as spreadsheets that track, measure, and facilitate improvement of internal processes.
- Review and assist in the implementation of security policy, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives that require analysis and keen desire to learn various Information Security tools.
- Support on special projects and other tasks/duties as needed

- Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Interest and desire to learn about information security practices and technologies
- Basic understanding of information security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, GRC platforms, etc.)
