The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.The Co-op will work on improving the process and reducing manufacturing costs in the areas of Assembly, Flush Room and the Warehouse. Will assist in Kaizen events, 5S activities, Gemba walks and documentation, productivity savings projects, root cause analysis, maintaining TDM boards

What you'd do
- Assist in Kaizen Workshop documentation
- Implement 5S activities
- Assist in Gemba walks
- Assist in Productivity Savings calculations
- Assist in using different root cause analysis tools
- Bachelors in Industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Junior in the above program
- 1 year experience in Continuous Improvement
- Bachelors in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
