- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Engineering, or related fields.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), including basic use of pivot tables and graphs.
- Experience with statistical analysis techniques and software (preferred).
- Experience with CAD, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Minitab (preferred).
- For Automation & Control Engineering opportunities: interest in industrial control systems (PLC/DCS), instrumentation, and/or MES systems (preferred).
- Pay strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills with manufacturing associates, management, contractors, and suppliers - opportunities to improve your technical writing, speaking, and presentation skills are numerous and strongly supported.
