The Health & Safety Analyst will:
The Safety & Health Analyst is a key contributor to the site ESH team, responsible for OSHA compliance, safety program ownership, and continuous improvement at a large‑scale tire manufacturing facility with approximately 3,900 employees. This role serves as a technical expert in OSHA standards and leads the management of critical safety programs in a high‑hazard, 24/7 manufacturing environment.
The Safety & Health Analyst partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen a proactive safety culture. This position requires strong presence on the production floor, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to support 24/7 operations through an on‑call rotation.
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field
- 3 or more years of experience in process improvement, business operations, manufacturing, quality systems, compliance support, document control, project coordination, ESSH support, or related functions

- The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise. Majority of work completed in a high heat environment.
- The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
