Shift Hours: Monday- Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Please Note: This role has a hybrid work schedule. Tuesday's and Thursday's are required in-office work days at our headquarters in Conshohocken, PA.
Under general direction of the Director, Global Generic Sourcing, this position will work directly with over 200 of Cencora's generic manufacturing partners to execute several formulary specific initiatives.
What you'd do
- Manages all formulary related initiatives within Cencora's bidding portal. Track all formulary related requests and maintain this information in a master database (Retail Insights, which is a portal-based workflow tool).
- This position will be responsible for ensuring formulary requests are carried out in a timely manner. Some coordination with the generic category management team will be required.
- Circulate reports from the database to various internal stakeholders’ on a regular cadence to track and monitor progress.
- Creates and maintains a tracking database for all on-going contracting activities.
- May require interaction with associates from other internal departments such as Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Pricing, Operations, and Legal; also interacts with outside vendors, and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Researches and resolves issues related to formulary specific initiatives to ensure our overarching objectives are met.
- Reports on activities to executives and internal departments.
- Organizes projects and maintains planning to ensure issues and milestones are met.
- Conducts data analysis, and data research; ensures accuracy of data being reported.
