Job Description
As a Structured Finance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting complex trust and structured finance transactions.
What you'd do
- Manage cash and asset activity for a portfolio of trust accounts.
- Monitor account balances, overdrafts, and uninvested cash positions.
- Process funding transactions and disbursements in accordance with governing trust and bond documents.
- Review transaction documentation to determine the timing and movement of funds and assets.
- Prepare trust accounting system entries and support daily account administration activities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure operational controls, legal requirements, and client expectations are met.
- Research and resolve account inquiries, exceptions, and transaction issues.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client service.
