- Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to actively participate in physical Distribution Center processes during the first two weeks of the internship.Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in supply chain, retail operations, distribution, logistics, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with associates at all levels of the organization.
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn new systems and analytical tools.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while balancing multiple assignments and priorities.
- This internship is an on-site position based at the Distribution Center in Maryville, Tennessee.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while participating in Distribution Center operations.
