Financial Reporting Accounting Intern - Summer 2027

What you'd do

• Prepare templates for various financial reporting reports including Workiva
• Request and collect supporting documentation required for financial statement report preparation
• Prepare tie out of financial statements and footnotes to supporting documents for management review
• Assist in financial statement report preparation, mailings and filings
• Completing various administrative tasks, as needed

What they want

• Basic general accounting or business knowledge is a plus
• Highly organized
• Good communication skills
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting or business related major preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, reliable and consistent
