What you'd do
- Coordinate budgeting and execution of various vendor services required to facilitate campus operations
- Monitor, maintain, and renew vendor contracts
- Serve as primary point of contact for various vendors
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of multiple on-site contractors
- Provides routine updates to management on all project progress
- Manage timely entry of department equipment/supply orders
- Monitor and utilize all department blanket purchase orders
- Manage and update Maintenance Connection
- Create department specific reports as required
- Ability to prioritize work on several concurrent projects for different supervisors
What they want
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in a vendor management role; previous experience in project management role
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications
