We are a leading provider of telecommunications. As a Network Engineer Intern, you will be a vital part of our team, gaining hands-on experience in the management and maintenance of network operations hardware.
What you'd do
- Initial point of contact for escalation issues for connectivity and network performance.
- Provision and deploy network equipment and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Communicate and work with other technical teams to design effective solutions, identify technical requirements, and develop project plans to execute the delivery of the solution.
- Support in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues related to network and server equipment.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and updates, following established procedures.
- Assist in conducting regular audits of network operations assets and inventory.Network Monitoring and Maintenance
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Help maintain network security protocols, including monitoring access logs and enforcing security policies.
- Support network testing, ensuring system integrity and availability.
- Plan and estimate projects and track progress using software applications including Jira, Cherwell, Smartsheet, etc

- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.
