What you'd do
- Process Documentation & Architect Plan Reviews: Optimize workflow documentation and support architectural plan reviews for rapid-turnaround sites.
- Project Schedule Reporting & Auditing: Track project timelines, audit progress, and report key schedule metrics to keep builds on track.
- Meeting Engagement: Actively participate in site construction meetings and cross-functional Project Manager syncs.
- Project & Vendor Support: Facilitate smooth coordination and operational support between internal teams and external vendors.
- Process Refinement & SOPs: Assist in refining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to scale construction operations.
- Reporting Management: Structure and maintain progress reports to provide clear visibility across active projects.
- Project Management Support: Provide direct operational support to keep construction deliverables moving forward.
- General Contractor and Vendor Manuals: Help draft and update operational manuals for General Contractors and vendor partners.
- Task Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily project management tasks, track milestones, and deliver clear progress updates.
